As you will perhaps know, Sports Systems are organising the timing for the Staines 10K. In addition, they are present at many other races and you can enter online via their website - go to
Staines Strollers was set up 10 years ago for all standards of road runners. It does not cater for the complete beginner but happily welcomes those who have already made their first efforts at running - perhaps they have completed their first 10K race, and are now looking for a more serious way of improving their times. For those who find running difficult or painful, we now have a walking group.
